Black Bear Hardware offers Flat Rate Shipping of $6.95!
Orders received are processed immediately. USPS and UPS are our primary methods of shipment. A shipping method is chosen based on the size, weight, and value of the order. Most orders usually ship the following business day. Black Bear Hardware ships to all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time.

We offer convenient Paypal login at billing check-out if you wish to pay using your Paypal account. However, a Paypal account IS NOT required to place your order.
If you choose to pay with a US Postal Money Order, please contact us first. We will provide you with a total including tax (if applicable) and shipping for the items you wish to purchase. Please, make the money order payable to Black Bear Hardware and send it to the address above. We advise you to apply tracking and/or insurance when sending your money order. Black Bear Hardware is not responsible for lost payment through your chosen mail carrier. We look forward to receiving your payment and getting your gear out to you in a timely manner. We will ship your order out immediately upon receipt of payment.
Refund and Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with any product, you may return it within 10 days of receipt for a full refund. The product must be unopened and unused. Any alteration, modification, or misuse of the product will void your refund. Any product that is determined to be defective will be replaced or refunded without question. Shipping cost and shipping insurance will not be refunded. All returns must be approved by Black Bear Hardware. You must contact us before you return an item. You may e-mail us at sales@blackbearhardware.com. If we make a mistake, we will fix it at no charge to you. We are committed to getting you what you need.
